Terms of sale

These terms apply to any use of Dailies Studio and to its subscription. You accept them by ticking the box shown when you create your account; we keep the version you accepted and its date.

The seller

Dailies Studio is published and sold by Berenger.dev SRL, a private limited company under Belgian law, whose registered office is at rue Sainte Anne Termes 8, 6813 Chiny, Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0787.693.448, VAT number BE 0787.693.448.

This site and the service are hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. (Larnaca, Cyprus), on a server located in France.

The service

Dailies Studio, which was called “Dailies” until 10 October 2026 (both names mean the same service), is an online service, with its web app (dashboard.dailies-studio.com) and its Chrome extension. The extension records the video calls you hold in Chrome (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom in the browser): the call tab’s sound, the video the call receives from the other participants, your microphone and your webcam. The service turns them into captioned vertical shorts, which you watch in the web app and which the service publishes for you, in Full HD, on the social networks you connect to it.

Dailies Studio is taken by subscription, described below, and by it alone: without a running subscription, the service neither records nor processes any call.

The service relies on software we do not publish: Chrome and the call platforms. A change on their side can make it unavailable while we adapt it.

Your account

An account is created on the web app, by yourself or with our team, with an email address verified by a code. It is personal: it serves one person, the one whose calls are recorded. You are responsible for what is done with your credentials, and you tell us without delay if you believe someone else has access to them.

The first call

You can book on our site a video call of about 30 minutes with our team: we look with you at whether the service suits your calls and help you set it up, during the call or through a link we send you afterwards. That call is free and commits you to nothing. It is not needed to create an account.

The Dailies Studio subscription

The Dailies Studio subscription is monthly and is taken from the web app. The first call with our team, described above, is the moment to check that the service suits the calls you hold, by their language and by the platform they take place on. While it runs, it includes:

• the recording of your calls, with no limit on their number or their length;
• the shorts Dailies Studio makes from them, up to eight a call, with no limit on the number of calls, controlled by our team, helped by an automated quality check, before they are offered to you;
• their publication in Full HD, with no limit, without Dailies Studio’s logo or its outro, on the social networks the service supports (LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, Facebook Pages, YouTube, where a short goes out as a Short, and TikTok, to date), at the slots of your posting rhythm, which you can change;
• a template, that is a caption style, in your brand’s image and for your account alone. Our team makes it by hand from the files you send us (your logo, your colours, your fonts, your brand guidelines); making it takes some time, which depends on the files received;
• the set-up call, our team’s support by email or through the service’s messaging desk, and editorial guidance: we look at your shorts with you and advise you on what you post.

“With no limit” means use of the account by the person it was opened for, for their own calls. The account may not be shared or made available to others, and the service may not be resold. To protect the service against a use that plainly goes beyond one person’s, such as a shared account or a recording left running, the processing of a call may be deferred, and a recording that has been running for many hours may be stopped. The call is kept: it is processed afterwards, by itself or on a simple request to our team.

Editorial guidance is advice: you alone decide what you post, and you alone are responsible for what you publish.

Publication happens at your request. Each short is offered to you: you approve it, ask for a retouch or set it aside. A short you approve is planned by the service on the networks you connected, at the next free slots of your posting rhythm; you can move or remove each of its posts. A short you did not approve is never published, and our team never approves a short on your behalf. Publication happens on the profile you connected, and depends on that network: it may end the connection, refuse a video or be unavailable. When a short could not be published, we tell you by email; we do not answer for a publication missed or delayed for a reason that lies with the network.

Publication on YouTube goes through YouTube API Services: by connecting your channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You choose each video’s title, description and visibility there; we declare it to YouTube as not made for kids, and you undertake not to publish through Dailies Studio any content directed at them.

Publication on TikTok goes through the services TikTok opens to applications. For each video, you choose yourself who can view it, what you allow on it (comments, Duets, Stitches) and, when it promotes your own business or a third party, its disclosure as commercial content, which you answer for. By planning it, you agree to TikTok’s Music Usage Confirmation and, for branded content, to its Branded Content Policy.

Our site presents features to come, marked as such: publication on other social networks and the analysis of your statistics. They are not part of the subscription until they are available, and we commit to no date.

Price

The price of a month, before tax, is the one shown on our site’s Pricing page; it is confirmed to you before your first payment. A change of price is announced to you by email before it applies to your next renewal: you can stop the subscription before that date, as described below.

Minimum term and stopping

The subscription is taken for a minimum term of three months from the day it starts. It then goes on month by month, until you stop it.

You stop it by writing to us at the address above. Once the minimum term is over, it stays active until the end of the month already paid, then ends. A stop asked for during the minimum term takes effect at its end: the months left to run until then remain due.

When the subscription ends, you no longer have access to the service: the web app only offers you to subscribe again, to sign out or to delete your account. Your recordings and your shorts are kept for as long as your account exists, and you find them again by subscribing again; your brand’s template is no longer offered to you, and the files you already exported stay as they are. A recording in progress is never interrupted: the call then waits for a new subscription to be processed, and is deleted 30 days after the call if you take none, after two reminders by email.

If a payment fails, Stripe presents it again for a few days, during which the subscription stays active; we may suspend access to the service if no payment goes through, which does not cancel what remains due.

We sometimes offer all or part of this offer to an account, without a subscription; we may end that at any time.

Accounts opened before 7 October 2026

Before that date, the service was paid for by the hour, with credits. Those credits no longer exist: the service opens with the subscription alone, and the hours offered before can no longer be used. No hour was ever sold. An account opened before that date keeps its recordings and its shorts, which it finds again by subscribing.

Payment

Payment is made through Stripe, our provider: we never see your card details. The VAT that applies to your country and status is worked out at that moment.

The Dailies Studio subscription is paid each month, in advance, through the payment method you saved with Stripe; an invoice is emailed to you at each renewal.

Months of subscription paid are not refundable, except on withdrawal as described below.

Right of withdrawal

If you subscribe as a consumer, you have 14 days from the day you subscribe to withdraw, without giving any reason, by writing to us at the address above.

By subscribing to Dailies Studio, you ask for the subscription to start straight away. If you withdraw, it ends at once, the minimum term does not apply, and the month paid is refunded to you, within 14 days and through the payment method you used, less the share for the days elapsed since you subscribed.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to subscriptions made for your business.

What you commit to

Recording a conversation and publishing excerpts of it is your responsibility. By using Dailies Studio, you commit to:

• informing the participants before every recording and declaring it in the extension, which does not start without that declaration. In France, recording what someone says in private or in confidence without their knowledge is an offence (article 226-1 of the Code pénal);
• obtaining each guest’s agreement before publishing anything that shows, voices or quotes them. That agreement is separate from the one given to be recorded;
• not recording exchanges that the law or a duty of confidentiality forbids you to capture;
• publishing only content you hold the rights to, including what a guest shows on screen.

We may suspend an account used in breach of these commitments.

Your content

Your recordings, their transcripts and your shorts are yours. You only give us the right to host and process them to provide the service.

They are never used to train or improve any model, ours or a provider’s, and we reserve no right to reuse them.

The same goes for the files of your brand that you send us to make your template: they stay yours, are used only to make your template, and you can remove them at any time from the Brand tab of your settings. You warrant that you hold the rights needed on those files.

A call’s original files are deleted 10 days after it is processed, 15 days at the latest. Your shorts stay available; only what starts again from the whole call is no longer possible afterwards.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to keep the service running and to protect your content, without guaranteeing that it is uninterrupted. Shorts are made from your calls by automated processing, then controlled by our team, helped by an automated quality check: watch them before you approve them, as you alone are responsible for what you post.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, such as loss of customers, revenue, data or reputation, nor for the consequences of what you publish. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gives rise to it. These limits do not apply to fraud or gross negligence, to bodily injury, nor to the rights the law guarantees consumers.

Duration and end of the contract

The contract lasts as long as your account exists. An account without a running subscription can be deleted from the web app, by confirming your password; you can also ask for its deletion at any time, at the address above. Either way, your recordings, your shorts and your brand’s files are erased, and your subscription, if you have one, ends, the months of its minimum term remaining due. The current month of subscription is lost and not refunded, except on withdrawal as described above.

Personal data

How we process your data and your guests’ is described in the privacy policy. For your recordings, you are the controller and we are your processor, within the meaning of article 28 GDPR: we process that data only on your instructions, under a duty of confidentiality, with appropriate security measures and only through the providers listed in the privacy policy, and we erase it when you delete the recording or the account.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version that applies is the one in effect on the day you subscribe and then on the day of each renewal; a change that affects you is announced by email before it applies.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

In case of dispute, write to us first: we look for an amicable solution. A consumer can also refer the matter, free of charge, to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be) or, for a dispute with a business from another country, to the European Consumer Centre of their own. Failing agreement, the courts of the district of Berenger.dev SRL’s registered office have jurisdiction; a consumer can also bring the matter before the courts where they live.
